This unit was totally renovated in the Spring of 2005. It is located on the 7th floor at the west end of the building. The master bedroom walls are a pretty shade of blue. The guest bedroom is bright yellow. The view from the seventh floor balcony is breathtaking! The open living room and dining room have bright green walls that put a “smile” on your face. The decor is very tasteful and tropical. There is cream tile in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallway. The gray marble countertop and the checkerboard backsplash in the fully-equipped kitchen are great accents against the white cabinets.
A minimum of 5 night and no discounts during spring break weeks. Fourth of July week minimum, and during the last week in June to mid August weekly only. Maximum Occupancy: 8 people
