The master bedroom has a king bed and 19″ TV, the guest bedroom has 1 double and 1 twin bed, and the living room is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen was recently tiled and a new refrigerator has been added. This unit has mirrored walls so everywhere you turn you experience a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from all angles. The unit has been individually and uniquely decorated in pastels. The unit has a spectacular view of our emerald waters from the kitchen, dining room, living room and tiled balcony.

This unit was totally renovated in the Spring of 2005. It is located on the 7th floor at the west end of the building. The master bedroom walls are a pretty shade of blue. The guest bedroom is bright yellow. The view from the seventh floor balcony is breathtaking! The open living room and dining room have bright green walls that put a “smile” on your face. The decor is very tasteful and tropical. There is cream tile in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallway. The gray marble countertop and the checkerboard backsplash in the fully-equipped kitchen are great accents against the white cabinets.
